I love how smug Bug looks like in the first panel.
I desperately want that smug bug on a Tee-shirt!
And yet, a lot of badguys would miss.
In the movies, yes. In real life…not so much.
Of course, the point of cartwheeling in a firefight is that if you do it (successfully), the enemy will be so awestruck they’ll always miss every time while you’re doing it.
Or you’ll get shot in the dick.. any takers on testing this defence?
It does bug me when people do that half arsed cartwheel.
P.s. I agree with smug bug on a shirt
That’s two votes for a smug bug shirt. I’m actually in the process of contacting local t-shirt makers. I’ll have to keep that lil’ guy in mind.
When a Bug strip starts with “People often ask me…”, I know we’re in for a good’n.
there was an famous Outlaw in Iceland that was said to move faster while doing cartwheels than while running
Wait…Iceland has outlaws?
had outlaws, but yeah, if you did things bad enough then you were made réttdræpur (rightfully killable) and if anyone recognized you they could kill you without repercussions, the canon response to which was to live on the center highlands and steal sheep for food… Other went and found greenland
Wasn’t Iceland basically founded by outlaws if you consider they were vikings?
Well, I for one am impressed with panel three. My hat and glasses never stay on throughout the cartwheel.
They’re actually stuck to his hair gel.
Cool Bug has hair?
No, Cool Bug uses hair gel.
Cartwheels? I’ve done them, but knowing where to land is the problem.
I always land cross-legged
Sorry adam but the first matrix would say otherwise about it being least effective
I was wondering when someone would bring that up.
Okay, if you’re Cyber-Jesus in Computerland, then yes, cart-wheels work just fine.
and bending backwards with some arm waving works good too
I love that no-one has questioned the “people often ask me” part! Is this a daily event? hourly?
Watcha mean no new comics on Saturday?!
Bug’s looking quite sassy considering he’s talking to the guy who only just recently peeled his face off.
is the facebook like button hidden from anyone else?
Just like the first bug in the comic, I too get aggressive and upset when someone questions my love of cartwheeling.
I did a cartwheel once…*gazes wistfully into space while recalling mediocre accomplishment with no elaboration*
I hate to be a grammer nazi, but that comma in the narration in panel four really shouldn’t be there.
