I don’t know which I loved more — the entire final panel, or Derpa Bug. That little jig is pretty adorable.
Uh! Another bug who’s got a name. Let’s wait if we see derpa bug on another occasion…
I suspect Derpa Bug is actually Bug as a child, based on prior strips
Why choose when you can just let them both fall?
“Sorry, sweetie, but you would give mommy a hernia.” <– that right there is gold.
This is why you keep a running calculation of which of your children is more likely to end up rich.
Oh jeez. I feel like the Derpa kid right now. Except not as cute!
I’ve always wondered why they can’t just save both. I mean, the kids are right there on the same cliff.
In the first panel, Mom Bug totally could’ve saved both.
Wait, didn’t you do this one already, hmmm…. doesn’t matter still funny
I think you’re thinking of this one.
Do you by any chance have a thing for dangling children off cliffs?
Derpa Bug is awesome! He got the moo-oo-oo-ooves like Jagger!
That whistle haunts my nightmares.
I think Momma bug would snatch both of them and then spend the rest of their lives reminding them of how foolish they were to cause her so much worry.
Was anyone else thinking of “The Good Son” when they read this? Partial-spoiler: the one that got saved still has a career.
Comic Steven Wright offered one of his childrearing tips.
“I put my kid in one of those dual strollers. I told him, you know you used to have a twin, but the other one didn’t listen.”
What would Michael Jackson have done ??
I felt obliged to make Derpa Bug into an avatar. I hope you don’t mind?
Sure! Pick on the fat kid!
I started reading this comic three weeks ago after googling “movies everyone needs to watch” and getting http://www.bugcomic.com/comics/movies-im-dying-to-see/ this comic. So I started reading the archives and eventually got back here! Well done, well done! You have earned yourself one more subscriber.
Mom would save me for sure.
