Unfortunatly when I get "the voices" they are useualy singing a song in my head. And the only way to get them to shutup is to sing it for 5 hours straight. XD

After a while, whistling becomes a sort of reflex to an uncomfortable and quiet environment. That's how it always was when I ended up doing it.
