Does the Witness Relocation Program have a slogan? Something catchy and memorable…
"Wanna get away?" (Already taken by Southwest Airlines, but I think the trademark battle and inevitable buy off might be worth it…)

"Snitches get stitches unless their life switches."
And my personal favorite:
"Alienation–no different than your current situation."
A good catch phrase could really bump up business… Just sayin'.

Funky's betting on his catch phrase appearing in some sort of rap record before the end of the month… "Funky don't lay low – Funky loves his snow – Funky gettin' down – Funky all around" or something to that effect…
I loved FBI bug. He's adorable. Or is he a Men in Black bug? They kind of look the same.
